Customer Returns

The products we sell have varying manufacturer warranties from 1 to 5 years.  Before shipping any warranty claims back to us please contact us on 021 977 595 or email (click here) to identify if your product is still covered by a manufacturer warranty.  If you have lost the sales invoice don't worry, we can normally find it in our system.

Warranty claims are subject to a wholesaler RMA (Returned Material Authorization) process in which our wholesaler will provide a repair or replacement of the faulty item if the claim is deemed valid, this is at the wholesaler/importer or manufacturers discretion not New Zealand TV & HiFi Limited.

Faulty hardware claims require the faulty item to be returned to our store or possibly sent to another organization depending on the supplier's RMA policy.  Contact us to verify the appropriate RMA method.

If we have supplied and installed an item that has failed within 12 months and we have done over 8 hours of work on site during the original installation, we offer a limited removal and installation service in which we can offer either a free service or a discounted service fee to remove and later re-install the faulty product.  Please note this is at our discretion as normally we can only provide free labour as part of our 12month workmanship warranty.  A travel fee may also apply.
