PR400 SIGNATURE

The  PR400 Signature preamplifier operates in dual mono with one low-noise transformer per channel. The potentiometers and selection relays are also separate for the two channels. The link capacitors (high-end MKP) are shielded in independent enclosures to avoid any radiation problems.  The volume is managed by two motorized ALPS potentiometers, independent and perfectly synchronized. We use a proprietary servo system, based on non-intrusive real-time measurement of audio.

The discrete component audio stages have a purely symmetrical structure, the scheme is based on a double-input differential pair and an original class A biased scheme with very low feedback. This structure helps minimize both overall distortion and intermodulation distortion, which favors the spatial and material perception of the instruments.
The display used is a low-consumption OLED model which was chosen for its excellent contrast and low electromagnetic radiation. In addition, its power supply as well as those of all control devices are completely independent of the audio supplies.
